At Wellgoods Beauty, we take pride in creating high-quality body serums and beauty products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out before placing an order.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
To qualify for a replacement or store credit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@Wellgoodsbeauty.com.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Once we review your claim, we will determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Note: We do not offer refunds for minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors or your local post office.
- If your package is still missing, please file a claim with the carrier before reaching out to us.
4. Order Cancellations & Changes
- We begin processing orders quickly, so we do not accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed.
- Double-check your order details, shipping address, and payment information before completing your purchase.
